DOGS OF HAWAII, WE NEED YOU!

Each year, professional pet photographers around the world unite to raise funds for animal rescue. To date, the annual Tails of the World books have featured over 1150 dogs and raised over $950,000.

In 2024, our goal is to raise $70,000 with Tails of the World: Volume 3. 

But we need your help!

Crystal R Photography has been selected as one Hawai’i’s official 2024 photographer and we’re now taking applications for limited edition Tails of the World: Volume 3 photoshoots. The photography sessions will occur on Hawai’i Island, showcasing the essence of aloha, local culture, and scenic spots in Hilo.

100% of these session fees are donated to the Hawai’i Island Humane Society and one photo from each session is guaranteed to be included in the book. All proceeds from the book sales are donated to Geelong Animal Welfare Society. You’ll also have the opportunity to view and purchase keepsake photographic artwork from your unique doggy photoshoot.

~ Dates available: EARLY SEPTEMBER (will be notified upon confirmation).
~ 100% of the Session Donation goes to Hawai’i Island Humane Society.
~ Sessions take place in Hilo, Hawai’i and take up to 30 minutes.
~ Up to 2 dogs in your family are welcome to attend.
~ One image from each session will be included in the Tails of the World book (available to order online in December).
~ You’ll receive one digital copy of the selected image.
